Glance offers a one-time purchase for Supporter Beta tier access. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is how refunds work.
14-day refund guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all Glance transactions, refund requests are handled by Paddle directly. To submit a refund request, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions there. You will need the email address used at checkout.
Permanent shutdown
In the unlikely event that Glance is permanently shut down, the same 14-day refund policy applies.
